You can bet that if Ernest Packaging and Liquid teamed up to create a campaign to support the company’s hiring it would be far from ordinary. In true Ernest fashion the “Not Hiring” integrated digital campaign was created to draw attention to the key characteristics the company was looking for in candidates as opposed to what they don’t want. The digital campaign included ad units for career sites LinkedIn and Indeed as well as a toolkit for Ernest recruiters with email and social media assets. A key focus to draw attention to the campaign are five 20 second spots driving interested candidates to the company Careers page to learn more about open positions and apply. As with any Ernest video shoot things are always entertaining and this one got a bit “prickly” at times.
