For over 35 years, Silicon Valley Bank has tailored their financial services to help innovative companies flourish. Experiencing rapid growth and needing to scale a successful brand culture, SVB came to Liquid Agency to help them activate their values among global employees.
After engaging with leadership and employees, we discovered that core aspects of SVB’s culture needed to shift. Aligning its employees, company and brand would enable SVB to better deliver on its mission. So we partnered with SVB to develop a strategy that included new values, an employee value proposition and a roadmap to guide SVB in building their ideal workplace culture.
We helped launch SVB’s brand culture vision and new values at their annual global kickoff meeting, live-streamed to all employees. The event gave key leaders the opportunity to introduce SVB’s vision and enabled employees to participate in activities that gave them a deeper understanding of the new values and necessary culture shifts. Employee engagement continued after the launch with an unboxing experience of the SVB values workbook, created by Liquid Agency.
