When Danaher—a Fortune 250 science and technology holding company—announced a major organizational shift, they saw an opportunity to strengthen their associates’ connection to the company by communicating a shared purpose.

Danaher was planning to move a large group of its operating companies under the leadership of a new holding company called Fortive. Our multi-phase campaign focused on leadership training, associate awareness building and global activation. Armed with the purpose statement “Helping Realize Life’s Potential,” we developed a broad array of communications tools, marketing materials, brand guidelines, workplace disruptions and more to help drive an increase in overall annual employee engagement survey scores and positively transform the way Danaher’s HR and communications teams work.
