Liquid Agency’s approach to employee journey mapping is holistic by looking at where employees are in their overall employment journey, but also within their day-to-day in which they actually do their work.
Our employee journey mapping involves gathering data through various methods such as surveys, focus groups and interviews that will be analyzed to create a visual representation of the employee journey. All of which is centered on what employees’ goals are and what pain points are in their way of being successful for the task at hand. We also apply this methodology to candidate journeys as well.
