As Director of Transformation at Liquid Agency, Marty will leverage the programs that were offered by his former consultancy, Neutron, to shape Liquid's strategic approach and the services that we provide to our clients. This will ultimately transform our agency but, more importantly, it will help transform the way our clients build their brands. Marty will provide his insight on key client engagements, lead transformation workshops, and continue to develop and promote new ideas about brands, business and innovation.

Transformation is the key to survival.
According to Darwin, it is not the strongest or the smartest of species that will survive, but those that are most readily capable of change. We're living in an age when business is not what it used to be, and the brands that will survive are those that can adapt. This is at the root of our ideas about transformation. We believe that branding is a process, not an event. Brands must embrace change while retaining some of their intrinsic qualities and enduring values.

For example, the digital age has completely changed the way that brands interact with their audiences. Brands that do not leverage such vehicles as social media, search engine marketing, and mobile apps will become the equivalent of dinosaurs. However, using these methods without the right amount of strategic thinking, is just as helpful as having a computer but no software.
