At Liquid, we’re proud of the work we do for our clients. From our collaborative Swarms to the final product, it’s always a group effort. This year, those efforts have been rewarded pretty handsomely. From a Rosey Award up in Portland to a coveted American Advertising (ADDY) Award in the District 14 competition in the Bay Area, we’re continuing to deliver effective, creative solutions. And we’re being recognized by peers in the advertising and design community, which always feels good.

Ernest Packaging Solutions “NOT Hiring” campaign

Liquid Agency walked away with best in show honors at the 2018 Silicon Valley ADDY Awards. Then, the five-video recruitment campaign won a coveted Rosey Award in Portland for best video over $50K. Not bad for a guy who interviews sheep, porcupines and robots. Watch all the videos.

When this member-based innovation platform partnered with Silicon Valley Bank, they approached us to launch their new brand, and we jumped at the chance. We’re glad we did—our logo design, inspired by the periodic table of elements, won gold at the Silicon Valley ADDY Awards. It then went on to grab a silver in the District 14 competition. We also took home a silver ADDY Award for website design.

ThreatMetrix is a leading digital identity platform, using over 250 factors to make sure that you are actually YOU when you’re logging in to a service. But where they were lacking was in verifying their own brand identity. So, Liquid was hired to lead the corporate rebrand, including strategy and a full design system consisting of a new logo, business system, sales tools, website and anthem video to bring the brand to life. For our efforts, we received accolades from the Silicon Valley ADDY Awards in the form of a gold and two silvers.

Ernest Packaging Solutions "Dinner with Ernest" video series

What better way to get a peek at the personalities of Ernest leadership than over meal prep and dinner? To say that Ernest’s executive team is a lively bunch would be an understatement, at best. We let them loose in the kitchen to talk legacy, the Ernest winning formula and of course, cornflake chicken. So, how did it turn out? The meal was delicious, the internal employee video series was a success and we went home with a silver from the Silicon Valley ADDY Awards. Watch all the episodes.

As a venture capital firm that makes early stage and transformational investments, General Catalyst was looking for an update to their overall brand strategy and design system, including a new logo that reflected their sense of collaboration and eclectic spirit. This project came naturally to us at Liquid because teamwork is one of our intrinsic values. And eclectic sort of goes without saying. With that spirit in mind, we created a circular logo comprised of the “G” and the “C” from their name, which garnered us a silver at the Silicon Valley ADDY Awards.
