Setting a new course for the Sendori brand.
Sendori, the next generation exchange for direct navigation search, was acquired by Ask.com in 2009 – becoming part of the IAC family of companies. After some time refining its offering, Sendori’s management called us to help them evolve the company’s brand. We worked side by side with Sendori’s management team to articulate a new brand strategy, after which we developed a new brand identity and also a video that helps quickly communicate the brand’s key value proposition.

The Printing Industries of Northern California asked us to design the marketing materials for its biggest annual event, the PINC show - which is attended by over 1,000 professionals from the printing, paper and marketing industries. The theme was the ‘60s and we found our inspiration in the Summer of Love in San Francisco.

New Deal Distillery gets an award-winning new brand.
Given that our name is Liquid, we were thrilled to have the opportunity to work on the New Deal Distillery brand. Since 2004, New Deal Distillery has been creating high-quality, hand-crafted spirits inspired by the Do-It-Yourself attitude of Portland, Oregon. We designed a unique identity to launch their new Distiller's Workshop Series brand, as well as the packaging system of their Gin, Vodka, and Whiskey bottles. The project was awarded a coveted 2011 Rosey Award for Best Packaging by the Portland Advertising Federation. And that's definitely something to cheer about!

Liquid launches "Recess is Back" retail campaign for Keen.
Liquid was selected as the retail agency to bring Keen's "Recess is Back" brand campaign in stores across the country. As part of the assignment, we designed retail window displays and footwear merchandising solutions that showcased a variety of new offerings by Keen - a footwear company committed to designing products that allow their customers to play anyplace without a ceiling. In addition to the merchandising fixtures we also explored a variety of ways that the campaign could come to life through retail activation and consumer engagement activities. The resulting designs blended playground themes with youthful games, inviting consumers to do less number crunching and more puddle jumping.

Bytemobile: A dynamic visual style for a brand in motion.
The explosion of video and other web content consumed on mobile platforms has fueled Bytemobile’s stratospheric growth. The company is known as a leading provider of innovative solutions that enable mobile operators to optimize their networks and improve service delivery. However as the company grew, the company’s brand did not reflect its reputation, and management realized that it needed an upgrade. To do this, they hired Liquid and asked us to evolve the brand’s visual style, but with one caveat: The logo could not be changed...at all. This limitation made the project a little more difficult, however, we embraced the challenge with gusto and did not touch the logo, instead we used it as our inspiration and managed to deliver a vibrant brand language filled with new possibilities.

Microsoft's Limited Edition Artist Series is an ongoing collection of wireless mice featuring unique designs from global artists. Liquid helped extend and developed the point of purchase campaign globally based on a concept we called "Please Touch the Art". Unlike what happens in galleries and museums worldwide, we invited people to touch the art – and consequently experience the beauty and functionality of this creative line of products from Microsoft.

Some things move us in ways we cannot describe. They break the rules and dare to be different. The HP Envy 14 Spectre is one of these things. Designed for the most discerning user, it pushes the boundaries of what a PC can be. HP's first multi-surface glass notebook is nothing short of extraordinary, so HP asked us to develop a unique identity that would help the HP Spectre stand out from the rest. More than a logo, we developed a complete visual style that influenced lifestyle as well as product photography and set the stage for a product presentation that is sophisticated, glamorous, fashionable and elegant - in other words very different than HP's traditional approach, which relies on technical speeds and feeds.

Chile Design Week is an annual week-long event taking place in Santiago, Chile’s vibrant capital. Attended by marketers and designers from all over the country, Chile Design Week features: A series of seminars and presentations about design trends and best practices; a tour of retailers focusing on design items; and a national design competition that culminates into a lively awards ceremony. We were honored that the Liquid office in Santiago was selected to create the brand identity for this very important event.

DemandTec makes software that helps manufacturers and retailers predict consumer demand and develop strategies for pricing and promotions. The company's customers have included Best Buy, Coca-Cola, General Mills, and Office Depot. However, as this publicly traded company continued to grow it realized that there was a gap between the sophistication of its services and the way that the brand was perceived by its audiences. After considering a number of potential partners, DemandTec’s marketing team decided to work with Liquid Agency, and hired us to help them transform the company’s brand.

A fun idea needs a fun logo. CareerBliss is a new company with a very distinctive approach. Unlike other job search sites where people look for work and measure their options based on compensation packages, benefit plans and career paths, CareerBliss invites people to look at their employment options based on how happy they might be working at that particular company. This idea is fun and unique...and it immediately put a smile on our face. However, the company’s brand identity did not.

Meebo, a Silicon Valley startup, was launched as an Instant Messenger aggregator before companies like Twitter and Facebook became household names. As soon as people realized how easily Meebo connected them with their friends across the web, the company gained popularity. But that was just the beginning. A few years later, Meebo was at the forefront again, leading the next phase of social and the web. Meebo introduced a more comprehensive solution that enables people to share information across all of their favorite social networks while making websites more social and giving brands a way to engage with people online.
