This workshop will explore the five disciplines of brand: differentiation, collaboration, innovation, validation,and cultivation. Throughout a full day of learning, lively content is punctuated with collaborative exercises designed to help participants internalize valuable skill sets. By the end of the work-shop everyone will leave with a better understanding of branding and the basic tools needed to put that knowledge to work.

This workshop drills down into the number-one discipline of high-performance brands — radical differentiation. In today’s cluttered marketplace, it’s not enough to be different. You need perpetual innovation to keep up with the speed of change. During two days of content and exercises, workshop participants will learn to design a radically differentiated brand by working through 17 checkpoints — from discovering the shared passion that drives the brand, to protecting the brand portfolio against the dangers of contagion, confusion, contradiction, and complexity. By the end of the workshop participants will know how to build a brand from scratch or fix one that’s faltering.

This intensive workshop will help define the strategic platform for the brand. Liquid will lead the participants through a series of exercises designed to uncover the four components of the compass: Purpose, Onliness, Personality and Trueline. These unique statements define the brand and allow internal stakeholders to contribute to the brand with confidence. The Brand Compass serves as the strategic foundation for many follow-on brand activities like messaging, brand architecture, naming, identity and a variety of communications programs.

The Brand Touchpoint workshop is designed to explore how to make the Brand Compass strategy come to life across as many brand touchpoints as possible.
