Mark has spent most of the last 20 years building technology solutions for both government and enterprise clients. At Liquid, he leads digital initiatives from ideation through to implementation with collaborative techniques that allow for maximum client input and visibility. He also leads a team of top-notch development resources that focus on delivering quality front and back end solutions. Mark has lead digital efforts for a wide range of brands such as Microsoft, Intel, HP, Paypal, Facebook and Walmart.

Prior to Liquid, he spent time as the Manager of Interactive Technology for American Airlines’ Communications Department where he successfully implemented a wide array of digital projects. From social engagement to content marketing, his team built enterprise class digital solutions for a variety of internal stakeholders including communications, human resources and social media.

Embracing his role as a translator of “tech speak” could emanate from the time Mark spent serving as an Arabic Linguist in the United States Army. During his term of service, he attended the Defense Language Institute where gained fluency in Arabic as well earning a degree in Arabic Studies on top of his required coursework.

Mark also spent 10 years crafting solutions for educators. He built and supported digital platforms for one of the largest school districts in California when the idea computers in the classroom and using web technologies where in their infancy. His commitment to implementing cutting edge of technology within a government environment means that he is always looking at extensibility, reliability and budget maximization in any solution that he proposes.
