Jim’s experience is perfect to build brands in a digitally focused world. While starting out in traditional brand agencies, he’s spent the last dozen years helping companies move digital to the center of their marketing.
Jim guides the overall creative effort at Liquid. He works closely with the strategy group and directs his creative teams to create powerful communications for all of Liquid’s clients.
Prior to Liquid, Jim spent ten years at Razorfish, where he worked with a number of world-class clients including Microsoft, Levi’s, Coors, XBOX, Samsung, adidas, Disney, Best Buy, Amazon, Expedia, Visa and IBM. He was responsible for all aspects of brand creative — brand manifestos, brand ID, brand storytelling, TV and video, large-scale multi-channel product launches, digital campaigns, digital experiences, global campaigns, large-scale events and social campaigns.
Jim studied architecture and design as an undergraduate at the University of Washington and the Brooks Institute, and has a BA in Graphic Design. As a graduate student at the University of Oregon, he explored the subject of Interactive Media.
