HP ad campaign
focuses on personality.


Liquid has been working with HP to breathe new life into "The Computer is Personal Again" campaign. We focused our efforts on communicating the idea of "personality" and developed an insert showcasing the company's latest line up of computers. The inserts presented each system in a different light, with a different "personality". The inserts ran inside of Time Magazine's "Person of The Year" issue, which allowed us to further connect the idea of "personality" with their systems.

Liquid just finished
optimizing the HP logo.


A couple of years ago one of HP's most important divisions took the initiative to update HP's logo, and reduced the shape to a circle. The new logo was simpler and more contemporary, however it was not being used by the entire company, and HP started to experience a bit of an identity crisis. Finally, Liquid was asked to optimize the logo and supply HP with a set of guidelines to help manage the new identity. Today, the new logo has been adopted across all divisions and HP's brand identity is more consistent than ever.

Global wireless network company gets a complete rebrand.
Liquid is hired to rename Harris-Stratex – a billion dollar provider of global wireless solutions – that is now known as Aviat Networks. Besides renaming the company, Liquid also managed a comprehensive brand transformation that includes a new positioning strategy, new messaging platform, a new identity and a move into new headquarters.

As 8x8 prepared to focus on VoIP solutions for the small business sector, it asked Liquid to develop a brand strategy that would help the company differentiate itself from a growing list of competitors. Liquid developed a brand strategy designed to help the company achieve its goals, along with a detailed messaging document aimed at a variety of audiences. The project also included an updated brand design.

The PlayStation brand is licensed to manufacturers who develop thousands of diverse products featuring the PlayStation logo. Making sure that third party vendors and their agencies have the tools to manage the brand properly is not a game (sorry, we could not help ourselves). Liquid designed a set of guidelines to help protect the PlayStation brand while also helping marketers better understand the brand's personality.
