We are looking for a Designer to work closely with a Senior Designer and report to the Creative Director. The Designer is responsible for design development and execution of projects – from initial concept through final art – working collaboratively with other members of the creative team. Designers may specialize in the following areas: Interactive, Digital Photo Manipulation, 3-D Rendering, Layout, etc.

• Meets with Senior Designer and Creative Director to discuss design directions and objectives as well as schedule and other project parameters.
• Demonstrates the ability to think conceptually and strategically. The ability to provide rationale for design solutions and how they support the project’s objectives.
• Is passionate about keeping work fresh, discovering new trends within design and within their area of focus.
• Participates in creative projects from the development of initial comps through final delivery, including:
• Development of initial comps and presentation materials, through various rounds until approval.
• Development of final art, making sure it meets the specifications and requirements of the project.
• Archiving and file management in accordance with agency process throughout the project.
• Reports to Senior Designer and Creative Director ensuring that their contribution to the execution of the creative work is delivered according to the quality and accuracy standards set by the agency.
• Check in with Project Manager to ensure that the project schedules are being met when Design Director/Creative Director is unavailable.

• MUST HAVE 3-5+ years of solid brand and design experience, with exposure to brand strategy, identity development, print and digital marketing materials, websites and interactive projects, events, packaging, advertising, and retail display. Motion Graphics, meaning: Flash animation, video work and storyboarding a !!PLUS!! as well as experience working on campaign work.
• The talent and experience to produce world-class design solutions.
• Expert knowledge of PhotoShop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Skills in Flash, and After Effects are also welcome.
• Understanding of trends in typography, photography, illustration, color and design.
• Ability to work quickly and multi-task
• Ability to work in a team environment and adhere to design direction set by team leaders.
• Strong interpersonal skills (open, friendly and supportive attitude).
